Follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
 
1. Ensure you have a default printer set up.
  • Click the Apple icon from the desktop and select System Preferences
  • Click the icon Printers & Scanners 
  • Toward the bottom of the page select click the desired printer from the default printer drop down
  • Coupons cannot be printed to a fax machine or to digital formats such as PDF, so make sure your default printer is set to print to paper.
  • Try printing any coupon again to test.
  • If your default printer is already set, please continue to step 2.
 
2. Clear your browser settings.
  • Exit the browser and relaunch.
  • Clip one coupon, and try printing again. If your coupon printed, your issue is resolved.
 
3. Try using a different browser or update your browser to the latest version.
