Follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
1. Ensure you have a default printer set up.
- Click the Apple icon from the desktop and select System Preferences.
- Click the icon Printers & Scanners
- Toward the bottom of the page select click the desired printer from the default printer drop down
- Coupons cannot be printed to a fax machine or to digital formats such as PDF, so make sure your default printer is set to print to paper.
- Try printing any coupon again to test.
- If your default printer is already set, please continue to step 2.
2. Clear your browser settings.
- Follow the directions in our article How do I clear my browser cache and cookies?
- Exit the browser and relaunch.
- Clip one coupon, and try printing again. If your coupon printed, your issue is resolved.
3. Try using a different browser or update your browser to the latest version.
