Follow the instructions below to see if our suggestions can resolve your issue.
 
1. Ensure you have a default printer set up.
 
  1. To choose a default printer, select the Start  button and Settings.
  2. Go to Devices > Printers & scanners > select a printer > Manage.
  3. Select Set as default.
  4. If you have Let Windows manage my default printer selected, deselect it to choose a default printer.
NOTE:
  1. Coupons cannot be printed to a fax machine or to digital formats such as PDF, so make sure your default printer is set to print to paper.
  2. If your default printer is already set, please continue to step 2.

2.  Clear your browser settings:
  • Exit the browser and relaunch.
  • Clip any coupon, and try printing again to test. If your coupon printed, the issue is resolved.

3. Try using a different browser or update your browser to the latest version.
  • Be sure to download the latest version of the browser from the links below:
     
     
  • Go back to the site, and hit the refresh icon in the browser to reload the page.
