Follow the instructions below to see if our suggestions can resolve your issue.
1. Ensure you have a default printer set up.
- To choose a default printer, select the Start button and Settings.
- Go to Devices > Printers & scanners > select a printer > Manage.
- Select Set as default.
- If you have Let Windows manage my default printer selected, deselect it to choose a default printer.
NOTE:
- Coupons cannot be printed to a fax machine or to digital formats such as PDF, so make sure your default printer is set to print to paper.
- If your default printer is already set, please continue to step 2.
- Exit the browser and relaunch.
- Clip any coupon, and try printing again to test. If your coupon printed, the issue is resolved.
3. Try using a different browser or update your browser to the latest version.

- Go back to the site, and hit the refresh icon in the browser to reload the page.
